Terms of service

Last updated 21 July 2026. These terms are between you and Efe Budak, based in Ireland, who operates AsoHarbor. Using the service means you accept them.

What the service does

AsoHarbor tracks keyword rankings and listing changes for apps on the Apple App Store, and emails you when something notable moves. You choose the apps, keywords, countries, and competitors to follow, within the limits of your plan.

About the data we show you

Rankings are derived from Apple's public iTunes Search API. They are a reliable trend signal, not the exact position Apple reports in its own tools, and they can differ from what you see in the store. Do not treat them as certified analytics. We may miss a day if Apple's API is unavailable, and listing data reflects whatever the store returned when we last crawled it.

Your account

Sign-in is by emailed link, so keep access to your email address secure: anyone who can read your inbox can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not use the service to break the law, to attack it or Apple's systems, or to resell the data wholesale as your own product.

Plans and billing

• The free plan is free indefinitely and needs no card.
• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, once a year, at the price shown on the plans page when you subscribe. If you are on an older monthly plan it carries on unchanged until you cancel it.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If your plan ends or shrinks, nothing is deleted: anything above the new limit is paused until you are back within it.
• If prices change, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will tell you first.

If something goes wrong with a charge, email efebudakapps@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

Availability

This is a small service run at low cost, without a guaranteed uptime commitment. We aim to crawl daily and to keep the site up, but we do not promise either, and the service is provided as is. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, missed alerts, or inaccurate rankings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data immediately. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, and will refund any unused paid time if we do.

Changes

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland.
